HOW WE CHARGE

Clear fees you canplan around

In accordance with the SRA transparency rules, Arndale Solicitors Ltd publishes this price guide so you can compare firms with confidence. Most matters are quoted as a fixed fee before we start. Complex work can be charged by the hour, and we will agree any extra charges with you in advance.

Fixed fees first

We estimate our likely fee and agree it with you before work begins — so you know the cost of your matter from day one.

Hourly when it is complex

Unusual or heavily contested work can be charged by time spent. We will tell you the rate and keep you updated on costs as the matter progresses.

VAT only when it applies

You are not liable for VAT if you have no permission to live in the UK, you are a visitor, or you are applying from abroad for entry clearance.
